Mini Donuts Big Happiness

Celebrate St. Patrick’s Day the leprechaun way with a simple kid-friendly kitchen craft that turns out teeny, tiny treats so adorable, you may just catch one of those lucky guys!
A box of Multigrain Cheerios are transformed into Leprechaun Donuts when they’re frosted by your tots, sprinkled with wee sprinkles, and tucked inside a little box. Your kids will want to nibble these sweet treats up, but the allure of sharing them with leprechauns may keep them from gobbling them all!
There are a lot of ways to make these cute little donuts. Go for the classic pink-frosted look with rainbow sprinkles, or let your little make an array of rainbow donuts it’s a perfect way to trick leprechauns into thinking you've found their pot of gold at the end of the rainbow.
The activities are endless! Pull out that Elf on a Shelf, add a few green accessories, and let him be your leprechaun! The kids can hide mini donuts around the house and let the family “Leprechaun” see if he can pop up and find them all.
Of course, if you’d rather not hide mini donuts around your home, this cute recipe is perfect for doll tea parties, teeny-weeny party snacks, or a really fun lunchbox treat.
Here’s how to make them:
Start with a box of Multigrain Cheerios. Any kind of Cheerios (or similar cereal) will work, but the multigrain colors make for fun donuts canvases.

Grab some chocolate chips, white chocolate chips, or candy melts. If you’re going for the rainbow donuts look, you’ll want candy melts in every color.

A little goes a long way! Place just a few candy melts on a microwave-safe plate, melting them just until soft. Dip the top half of each Cheerio in the melted chocolate.

Then, dip into sprinkles. If you’d prefer a more accurate “sprinkled donuts” look, just pinch a few sprinkles in your fingers and sprinkle on top.

Now you’ll need tiny little jewelry boxes, or dollhouse plates … whatever teeny-weeny container you can find! We found these cute little 1″ x 2″ jewelry boxes, and pressed a sticker up top.

Allow your donuts to cool completely

Then gather them up and get ready to package them!

Place a few leprechaun donuts in your boxes (or other preferred container), and tada! They make the sweetest tiny treats ever!

Illustrated Sushi

Using rice and seaweed as his medium, sushi chef Tama-chan rolls up beautiful illustrations. Keep in mind that the patterns must be carried all the way through the sushi roll and fully-realized before they’re rolled and sliced. Awesome work.

King of Pop

Artist and mother Samantha Lee creates adorable kids’ meals, often including a cartoon or pop culture character. Recently, The King of Pop Michael Jackson was on the menu, with Lee paying homage via onigiri, charcoal noodle, nori, rice, and sesame seeds.
This series of kids’ meals by Samantha Lee is way too awesome and adorable to pass up. The meals were originally created as a fun way to get her daughter to eat, even if the poor girl had to bite the heads off of characters such as Snoopy and Batman.

That’s using your noodle when Kabuto Noodles challenged its social media users to create some “noodle art,” Sarah King responded. Seen in her combination of instant noodles and soy sauce, King recreated the faces of a few celebs.
The noodle doodles include Ramen Gosling, and Harry Styles from Wok Direction. Just be careful if you set your chopsticks down, Miley Soyrus might twerk on them.
